Welcome to MrWebHub. These Terms & Conditions define the commercial and operational rules that apply when you purchase or use our services.
By requesting a quotation, confirming a project, making a payment, approving work, or continuing with a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Professional Service Standard
MrWebHub operates as a professional digital services agency focused on delivering quality, reliability, and long-term value.
Our pricing reflects the expertise, time, technology, resources, and professional effort required to deliver the agreed service properly. We do not compete solely on offering the lowest possible price.
If your primary requirement is the cheapest possible service, MrWebHub may not be the right service provider for you. We encourage clients to choose based on quality, reliability, professionalism, and long-term value—not price alone.
We may decline projects where the requested budget, timeline, or expectations are not reasonably compatible with the professional service level we provide.
2. Project Confirmation
A project becomes confirmed when the client accepts the quotation or project terms and completes the required advance payment.
Project commencement may depend on receiving the required information, materials, access, and approvals from the client.
A quotation is based on the requirements known at the time it is prepared. Changes to those requirements may change the final price or delivery schedule.
3. Project Scope
Every project is completed according to its agreed scope.
The scope may define:
- Services included
- Number of pages or deliverables
- Features and functionality
- Content requirements
- Design requirements
- Number of revisions
- Delivery expectations
- Project price
Requests outside the agreed scope are not automatically included and may be quoted separately.
4. Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required for applicable projects before work begins.
This payment confirms the project and allows MrWebHub to reserve time and resources for the client.
The remaining amount must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and, where applicable, before final delivery, transfer, launch, or handover.
MrWebHub may pause work when a scheduled payment remains outstanding.
5. Cancellation by the Client
A client may request cancellation at any stage; however, cancellation does not automatically eliminate payment obligations.
If work has already started, MrWebHub may charge for the portion of work completed, resources committed, and services already performed.
The advance payment may therefore be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the project stage and work completed.
6. Client-Requested Changes
Once the agreed requirements have been approved, major changes may affect both cost and delivery time.
Examples include:
- Changing the complete design direction
- Adding new sections
- Adding new functionality
- Changing the original business requirements
- Replacing approved content
- Requesting a new concept after approval
Such requests may be treated as additional work.
7. Revisions and Approvals
Included revisions apply only to the limits stated in the project agreement.
Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback whenever possible.
Repeated changes caused by changing preferences, new instructions, or previously approved decisions may fall outside the included revision allowance.
Work approved by the client may be considered accepted and may not be recreated repeatedly without additional charges.
8. Client Materials
The client must provide the materials required to complete the project, including information, branding assets, business details, product information, images, documents, and other project-specific materials.
MrWebHub may rely on the information supplied by the client when producing the requested work.
The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied materials are accurate and authorized for use.
9. Content Responsibility
Unless content creation is specifically included in the purchased service, the client is responsible for providing the required content.
If the client supplies incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information, MrWebHub may request clarification or use the supplied information as instructed.
Corrections requested after approval may be treated as revisions or additional work depending on the circumstances.
10. Website Development Terms
Website development is performed according to the selected package and agreed specifications.
Features not included in the original project scope may require additional development time and charges.
Website performance and functionality can also depend on hosting, domains, plugins, themes, APIs, payment systems, browsers, software versions, and other technologies outside MrWebHub’s direct control.
11. Website Launch and Handover
A website may be considered ready for launch when the agreed development work has been completed and the client has approved the final version.
Where applicable, final handover, migration, transfer, or publication may require settlement of the outstanding project balance.
Requests made after handover may be treated as maintenance, modification, or new development work.
12. Digital Marketing Services
Digital marketing services are provided according to the selected package and agreed campaign objectives.
The work may involve campaign planning, audience targeting, advertising management, content activities, platform management, performance monitoring, optimization, and related marketing tasks.
Campaign decisions may be adjusted when market conditions, audience behavior, available budget, or platform performance changes.
13. Marketing Performance
MrWebHub provides professional marketing management, but business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Sales, inquiries, customers, engagement, reach, conversions, revenue, and other commercial outcomes depend on factors including the client’s offer, pricing, market demand, competition, budget, customer behavior, website experience, reputation, and external platforms.
Professional service means professional execution—not a guaranteed commercial outcome.
14. Advertising Budget
Where paid advertising is part of a project, the advertising budget is separate from MrWebHub’s service charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
Advertising funds are used according to the agreed campaign setup and platform requirements.
Changes to the advertising budget may affect campaign reach and performance.
15. Third-Party Platforms
MrWebHub may perform services through platforms operated by independent companies.
These platforms may change their features, rules, pricing, availability, account requirements, or technical systems without notice.
MrWebHub cannot control decisions made by third-party platforms.
If an external platform changes or restricts functionality, we may modify the project approach where reasonably possible.
16. Account Access
When a service requires access to a client’s website, advertising account, social media account, hosting account, or other platform, the client must provide appropriate authorization.
The client remains responsible for maintaining ownership of their business accounts.
MrWebHub may request renewed access when permissions expire or when additional authorization is required to complete agreed work.
17. Domain, Hosting, Plugins, and Licenses
Third-party products or services used within a project may have separate fees, license conditions, renewal requirements, limitations, or expiration dates.
Unless specifically included in the quotation, these costs are the client’s responsibility.
MrWebHub does not guarantee the permanent availability or pricing of third-party products.
18. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final project materials depends on the agreed service, payment status, licensing conditions, and project agreement.
MrWebHub retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, internal methods, reusable frameworks, proprietary processes, templates, tools, and development resources unless ownership is specifically transferred in writing.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
19. Unauthorized Use of MrWebHub Work
Clients may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, claim ownership of, or commercially reuse MrWebHub’s proprietary systems, templates, internal resources, or methods without written authorization.
Project-specific usage rights do not automatically transfer ownership of MrWebHub’s underlying business resources.
20. Portfolio Rights
MrWebHub may display completed public-facing projects in its portfolio, case studies, presentations, or promotional materials unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Clients requesting complete portfolio restrictions should communicate this before project completion whenever possible.
21. Prohibited Requests
MrWebHub may refuse requests involving unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, deceptive business practices, malicious activity, copyright infringement, unauthorized access, or other inappropriate use of our services.
We may also decline work where the requested approach conflicts with our professional standards.
22. Fraud and Impersonation
MrWebHub does not authorize unknown individuals to independently sell our services, collect payments, or provide unofficial guarantees using our name or identity.
Clients should verify unusual offers, suspicious payment requests, extraordinary discounts, or guaranteed-result claims through our official communication channels.

23. Support and Maintenance
Support included with a project applies only to the service level agreed at purchase.
Support does not automatically include unlimited modifications, redesigns, new functionality, content replacement, or troubleshooting caused by unauthorized changes.
Additional maintenance or technical work may be billed separately.
24. Client-Generated Damage
If a completed website or digital asset is altered, deleted, damaged, misconfigured, or disrupted by the client or another party after delivery, restoring the original condition may require additional charges.
This includes unauthorized changes to website files, settings, plugins, hosting configuration, integrations, or other project components.
25. Project Inactivity
If a client stops responding, fails to provide required materials, or leaves a project inactive for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold.
Restarting a paused project may require schedule reassignment, updated requirements, or additional charges where the original circumstances have changed.
26. Final Acceptance
A project is considered accepted when the client provides final approval or uses the completed deliverable for its intended purpose without requesting unresolved changes within the agreed review period.
After acceptance, new requirements may be treated as a separate service.
27. Service Refusal or Suspension
MrWebHub reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue a service when necessary due to non-payment, repeated scope changes, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, misuse of our services, lack of cooperation, or circumstances that make continued work unreasonable.
Any outstanding amount for completed work remains payable where applicable.
28. No Guarantee of Third-Party Availability
MrWebHub cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external services used within a project.
This includes hosting providers, domains, payment systems, advertising platforms, communication services, software providers, APIs, and other external technologies.
Where possible, we will assist with reasonable troubleshooting or alternative solutions.
29. Changes to Project Pricing
If the client changes the original requirements, increases the workload, requests additional services, or introduces new technical requirements, MrWebHub may revise the project price before performing the additional work.
No assumption should be made that additional work is included simply because it relates to the same project.
30. Agreement to These Terms
By requesting services, approving a quotation, making a payment, providing project instructions, or authorizing MrWebHub to begin work, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Any project-specific agreement, quotation, invoice, or written arrangement may establish additional terms applicable to that particular project.
31. Contact and Official Verification
For quotations, project confirmations, payment verification, service questions, or concerns regarding someone claiming to represent MrWebHub, clients should use an official MrWebHub communication channel.
